THINGS TO BRING

  • Comfortable clothing- Keep in mind early morning and evening classes may get chilly. If you like to wear your bathing suit, you can wear it because you may get wet. I wear mine under my clothes just in case. You may also bring extra clothing with.

  • Sunglasses- If you do bring sunglasses, do not bring expensive ones. We are not responsible for any lost items or items that fall into the lake.

  • Hat- You may bring a hat if you like to keep the sun out of your eyes and protect your face. Keep in mind if you are doing a SUP Yoga class you may need to take it off and keep it under the bungee cords on the board.

  • Waterproof Bag- If you like you can bring a waterproof bag, but keep in mind it too can fall if not secured.

  • TowelBecause you will most likely get wet.

  • Bug Spray- Because mosquitos are the worst during summer!!

  • Water- Stay hydrated friends!!

  • Snack-if you like.

 

THINGS NOT TO BRING

  • Anything expensive

  • Anything that will make you sad if lost, broken, or fallen into the water and got wet.
