SUP Yoga (stand-up paddle board) combines yoga poses on a stand-up paddle board while balancing on the board. The flow incorporates hatha and vinyasa poses.  All yoga levels welcome. Join us for a peaceful, fun experience while socially distancing outside.

Stand Up Paddle Board offers a fun way to play on the water, with the added benefit of a full-body workout. And, since you stand at full height on your board, it gives you a unique vantage point for viewing what's down under the water and out on the horizon. Learn the basics during this class that will give you the confidence to SUP on your own.
